Exchanges & Returns of Outdoor Apparel & Misc. Items

Exchange/Return Policy:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase of our outdoor apparel and other items, we are happy to exchange your product for an in-stock item or refund your money for your purchase (excluding shipping fees), providing the exchange or return meet the following criteria listed below:    


Please note: 

· I Am Hunter reserves the right to deny credit or exchange if the returned merchandise does not meet the following criteria 

· Shipping fees are not refundable 

 · Customer is responsible for all return shipping fees  

· Items sold and marked at the time of purchase as “Final Sale”, “Clearance”, “As Is” are non-refundable and is not eligible for Return or Exchange  

EXCHANGES:

· All exchanges must be postmarked within 30 days of invoice date OR shipment date, whichever is later  

· If you are requesting an exchange, please verify via the I Am Hunter website that your exchange item is in stock 

· All merchandise must have original invoice attached · On the original invoice, please clearly write “EXCHANGE” and the reason for the exchange next to the line item  

· Clearly indicate the item you are exchanging to 

· For all U. S. exchanges, please include a check or money order (in US Funds, made payable to I Am Hunter) for $6.00 for return shipping for each item 

· Returned merchandise must be in new/perfect condition, unworn with all I Am Hunter tags attached in their original position 

· Merchandise must not have any dust, lint, pet dander or other debris and be free of odors 

· If you are exchanging your merchandise for an item of lesser value, we will automatically refund the difference to you in the same form of payment used for the original purchase 

· If you are exchanging your merchandise for an item of greater value, please include your preferred US phone number so we may contact you for additional payment information.   

RETURNS:

 · All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of invoice date OR shipment date, whichever is later 

· All merchandise must have original invoice attached 

· On the original invoice, please clearly write “RETURN” and the reason for the return next to the line item and include your name and phone number. 

· Refunds will be processed to the same method of payment used for purchase, excluding any shipping charges  

· Returned merchandise must be in new/perfect condition, unworn with all I Am Hunter tags attached in their original position 

· Merchandise must not have any dust, lint, pet dander or other debris and be free of odors  


Please allow 5-10 business days after processing, for your refund to appear on your statement/account.

Please note that UPS and FedEx do not deliver to PO Boxes  

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS:

If the merchandise you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please keep all boxes, envelopes, invoices, and packing materials and email us at "iamhuntershop@gmail.com" as soon as possible.
